Functioning innovation cannot be created neither consist in a silo. Thus, I support corporations to include all necessary stakeholders, both internally and externally. Today we know that it is of utmost importance to respect all stakeholders needs when developing something new. Why not even include your users in the development process? It works efficiently, saves money and brings you much closer to your beloved customers.

Innovation means to develop something where the outcome is not clear yet. However, the courageous own the world. So, let’s get started to create your companies’ 2.0 version. By using the design thinking methodology, including latest technology developments, I facilitate corporations to identify present and future user profiles – and develop future-fit products.

An innovative culture isn’t something that pops up from one day to each other in your corporation. It must be worked on in the long term. My approach is to first increase the innovation ability, fitting to the DNA of the company. Second, establish an innovation willingness and motivate people of all levels to leave their usual paths. Finally, the opportunity is to implement innovation-action in the corporation and walk towards a bright future.

Customer co-creation of a new METRO store format via Virtual Reality. The entire store was built in VR before it was physically built. Thus, it was possible to improve the store in terms of architecture, design, sales approach etc. before it‘s built-up and opening.

Co-development and installation of a store-checkout system enabling customers to scan their goods during their shopping and then easily walk out of the store without the classic checkout process.

Conception and build-up of a multi-sensoric experience area outside of a vertical farm. Thanks to an animated and custom-made video, customers can learn about the ecological and economic advantages of vertical farming. At a second station, they can experience the different greens with all their senses and assure themselves of the extremely high quality of the products.

PROJECT
A 30.000 sqm store was recorded by a robot via 3D-laser-technology. As a consequence, a walkable 3D-plan of the building was developed, so that customers and employees alike can visit the store from remote. A proof-of-concept for indoor navigation was conducted succesfully.
